Coffee and beef tongue sandwiches
We had nabe for dinner. Stuff we put in it: tofu, cherry tomatoes, udon noodles, beef slices, shiitake mushrooms, Chinese cabbage, green onions and carrots.
Actually we should have boiled the mushrooms, carrots and the meat a bit first before adding in the rest of the stuff, but it still turned out yummy. A warm and filling food to eat during winter time.
