I’ve never heard of kohuke before. I looked it up. Sounds interesting. It reminds me just a little of indian sweets like burfi, made out of condensed milk solids. It probably tastes very different haha. Looks neat, though!

Yeah it seems to be a Baltic kind of thing 🙂 Some call it a cheescake bar or a quark snack too as it kind of reminds a cheescake in taste sometimes, so I imagine it’s nearly not as sweet as a dessert from condensed milk would be. It tastes pretty mild.
