How to exercise… 11. September 2016

 Coffee and an apple.

 Chicken and jalapeno pizza. This was way too much bread and too little toppings.

 Tomato-beef stew with rice.

 Some chocolate.

There is an exercise at the BodyBalance class where you sit on the ground with your legs spread in front of you, stretch yourself forward and try to get your upper body down on the ground. It’s pretty difficult, because I don’t really bend at all. The instructor usually offers a couple of different variations on how to achieve the exercise and one for this one was the following: “You know, another way you could easily get your belly to the ground is just to eat lots more! A bigger belly will get you so much closer!” Lady, you’re funny xD
