The future of my food project

As you may or may not have noticed, I have been missing from this blog for the past few months. To tell the truth, I have been struggling with my food photo project a lot. The taking photos part itself hasn’t been an issue but getting the photos up on this blog has been a huge problem. I no longer enjoyed doing the blog posts and it made me generally very unhappy. This meant that since I didn’t manage the food photo posts, I didn’t feel like I could post anything else in my blog either… even though I have wanted to do so.

So, doing this project in this format has turned from a fun thing into to a burden for me. I have been struggling for a while now actually and this prompted me to change my posting style a few times before. I went from daily posts to weekly ones etc to try and make it easier for myself, but honestly, it didn’t really work.

For a while I thought I would just end my project altogether. Struggle through until I ding 10 years and then just stop. But I have gotten so used to this, taking photos of everything I eat… So, I have decided that I will post the project here up to 31st of August 2019 and after that the project will move to instagram. Whether the project survives on there, only time will tell, but I will try at least 🙂

This blog will live on, but I will simply no longer continue the food photo project here. Expect recipes, art and random crap posts from me here from then on 🙂

If you are interested, you can follow the project on Instagram here. I will start from 1st of September 🙂

For now, I will try and catch up with my project and here, have a photo of one of my cats:

She so cuuuuuute!
