I am going to change the format of my food project a bit… 9-10. June 2018

I have had a bit of a blogging crisis AGAIN lately as you have perhaps noticed. I like my food photo project, but it annoys me that I can’t seem to keep up the daily posting. For a while I considered just abandoning the project altogether, but then decided against it. Instead I will try to make weekly posts and see how that will work. Then perhaps I will find motivation to blog about other things as well, because right now I have always lost interest in doing anything else after I have managed to complete my daily food post.

So, I will catch up with my posts and from then on, I will do my food posts on Mondays.

9. June – Sweeney Todd

We drove to Southern Estonia for the weekend. First, we stopped by at Ly and Raul’s place to celebrate Raul’s birthday. There was loads of food xD In the evening we went to Tartu and saw “Sweeney Todd- Fleet Streeti Põrgulik Pardur” at Vanemuise Teater which was fantastic! The lighting and costumes were fabulous and I wholeheartedly enjoyed every minute of the performance.

There was coffee, a cheese pastry and an almond pastry.

One of these strawberry pastries.

Grilled pork and some salad.

Sweet cherries and strawberries.

Salmon pizza.

Black currant cake.

Coffee and Mrs. Lovette’s meat pie XD

10. June

We hung out in Karula for most of the day where Indrek helped Loviise build some horse jumping obstacles and I helped her to film one of her horses. In the evening we drove back to Tallinn.

Coffee, fried eggs and some tomatoes.

Super delicious homemade beef burger that Agu served us. So yum!

Some vanilla ice cream.

Bad karma period… 23. April 2018

Garlic tomato soup with quinoa and tortellini.

Hubby brought me a banana and nuts and berries in dark chocolate.

 Fries.

A naked burger and some salad.

I spent most of the day in ER, because in the morning my entire right hand swelled up and turned purple. That was so freaky. After many hours of waiting both in the waiting room and then in the procedures room, where I had many weird and unfortunate people around me (some guy who pooped all over the place right before I got invited in; a drunkard lady who was certain she had alcohol-hepatitis and the only thing she could stomach to eat was alcohol; an old man who begged to wait in the procedures room, because he didn’t want to go back to his wife in the waiting room etc.), it was learned that I have thrombosis in one of the veins in my shoulder. That is so awful, but thankfully it’s treatable and not life threatening for the time being, so I am now getting treatment for it and will go in for further tests and procedures in the future. I hope I heal quick from this and that they will find out what caused it, so I can try and prevent it in the future.

Is this a marker of some sort?… 17. December 2017

We ran some errands with the boyfriend in the morning. Went to an art flea market, so I could buy a cute puppy a gift. Then had breakfast at Kivi Paber Käärid:

I had a seafood soup and some fries. Boyfriend had a beef burger on a cauliflower steak and also some fries. He looks so happy over his food, doesn’t he? :p

Then we went and bought some holiday presents and… A BLANKET! Are we adults now? We have been living together for over 6 years and we just bought our first blanket. Until then we used a hand-me-down from my parents that is probably older than my sister who turned 18 this year xD

Anyway, dinner was at my parent’s house, to celebrate my dad’s birthday:

Baked white fish, some boiled potatoes, marinated cucumber, marinated garlic and a sandwich with fish salad.

Fancy coffee time… 6. October 2017

 A quark pastry

Farmi Kreeka Kohuke. A vanilla kohuke with Greek yoghurt. It was creamy and good.

I had late lunch and some coffee with Marit @ The Living Room Café. We started with some pita bread and hummus. Yum!

 My lovely lunch date ❤

I had a bacon beef burger with some tortilla chips. It was yummy!

 A banana

Indian style curry with beef, champignons and cashews, served with rice and some salad.
