Coffee, a couple of chocolates left over from the previous day.

A sandwich with ham.

A burrito with salted salmon, rice and veggies.

More ice cream, because it was so damn hot.

Brown rice with eggplant-tomato sauce and some tomatoes.

Quinoa with smoked chicken and veggies.

4. July

Tuna salad.

Couscous, carrot cutlets with some carrots and tomatoes.

Coffee and a couple of black currant-chocolate pastries.

Fish pastry.

Sour and spicy quinoa-mushroom soup.

Beer and crispy pork rinds.

Potato chips.

Carrot-orange juice and black currant-chocolate pastries.

Avocado salad with a poached egg.

Dark cherry ice cream.

Hubby made dinner: fried rice with beef and green peas.

Cheese-wasabi cookies.

Shared some snacks with hubby: dark chocolate cookie (this was yummy), Matcha cream cookie (this was okay), red bean paste cookie (this was good too), cream cheese and chocolate cookie (which was delicious too).

Coffee and peach-quark cake.

Iced mocha.

Cheese roll.

Fried rice with beef and green peas.

Coffee, wrap with ham, bacon and potatoes.

Raspberry-beetroot-black currant smoothie.

Patsa Bolognese.

Vegan chocolate cake that was dry and not very good.

Some strawberries.

Mini Tosca cakes.

Grilled meat, boiled potatoes, some salad and bread.

A bit of grilled corn. Didn’t eat much, because it was dry and not very good.

Coffee, some chocolates and sticky citrus candy.

Alcohol free beer, grilled salmon with fries and salad.

More fries with ketchup.

11. June – Deadpool

Milk chocolate marshmallow with crunchy cashew; Cold kefir soup with beetroot.

Mashed potatoes with wild garlic and some salad.

Frozen yoghurt with chocolates and berries.

More mashed potatoes with wild garlic and some salad.

We went to see ‚ÄúDeadpool 2‚ÄĚ in the evening. It was brilliantly funny!

Mushroom cutlet, fried white fish and some salad.

Chocolate ice cream.

Wild garlic risotto and salad with sprouts.

Went for a long walk with Maarja on the Tallinn seaside and in the evening I went to our local clay studio with miss K. Fun times galore!

Grilled sandwich with smoked sausage and cheese. Also had a cup of coffee.

More coffee and a chocolate covered chai latte marshmallow.

Grilled corn and rye bread, couscous salad.

Beetroot-horseradish cream cheese stuffed grilled mushrooms.

Coffee, toffee covered corn puffs.

 Coffee, some salad and skyr with cherries.

 Pasta Bolognese and green ice tea @ Vapiano.

 Some grapes and some tea.

 Grilled chicken.

 Honey cake.

 Cheesecake.

I went and donated blood for the Institute of Genomics, so scientist can map and study my genes. If I leave nothing else behind in my life, at least I’ve helped science in a small way. It will be also interesting to get some feedback about my genes one day.

In the evening it was Ebe’s birthday party that we attended.

 Coffee, grilled ham and cheese sandwich.

 Salad 1. It had falafel in it somewhere.

 Salad 2. I shared the salads with my hubby.

 Soba noodle soup.

As the caption on the ice cream photo, I think I hurt myself with work at the food fair. My shoulder started hurting again ūüė¶ I spent most of the day lounging on the couch and napping. I still felt too bad to cook in the evening, so we ordered in some salad and soup.
