Coffee, porridge.

A vegan “quark” pastry made with raw buckwheat, banana and black currants. Also had some kombucha.

Burbot (luts) soup with rice. Also had some couscous, salad and a carrot-corn cutlet.

A smoothie with raw buckwheat, berries and banana.

Nurr vanilla-chocolate ice cream in milk chocolate. It was alright.

Pelmeni with sour cream.

Keeping a routine is difficult… 4. June 2018

Chocolate brownie ice cream and a mug of coffee.

Instant porridge with chanterelles and some puffed wheat.

Pearl couscous with chicken-lemon sauce and some salad.

Snaaaaaks I shared with hubby. The spicy noodles were tasty, the strawberry cookie was not very good, the azuki-matcha balls were good, the pea senbei was delicious and the more regular senbei was really great too.


Potato-veggie crisps. We were in a snacky mood.

Recently my life seems to be a series of falling into a hole and trying to climb out again over and over again. But eh, at least I still have the will to climb, right? 😀
So yeah, this is me climbing out of a hole again and trying to catch up with this blog.

Orange flavoured Greek yoghurt with granola.

Coconut milk soup with champignons and rice noodles; oven baked potatoes and tomatoes with some salad.

Some black currant-estragon kombucha and a sugar-cinnamon cookie.

Couscous salad.

Green grape flavoured chewy candies. These were not as bad tasting as purple grape ones, but I still didn’t enjoy them very much.

Vegan rocky road ice cream.

Tomb Raider… 10. April 2018

 Omelette with garlic sprouts, some tomatoes and cucumber.

 Chocolate ice cream.

 Miso soup with broccoli and sour cream.

 Spicy rice with potatoes, carrots and tofu and some salad with mushrooms and garlic sprouts.

 Frozen yoghurt with crisps, marshmallows and blueberries.

We went to see the new “Tomb Raider” movie in the evening. I liked this interpretation of Lara Croft a lot. The movie was very enjoyable and fun.
