Salade niçoise… 6. June 2018

Wellbar Chocolate Crisp bar. This was disgusting and bitter, I manage to only eat half of it and threw the rest away.

Kombucha, coffee, a black currant-chocolate pastry and a banana-coconut pastry.

Baked burbot (luts in Estonian) and some salad.

Some nizza salad (or salade niçoise as I learned today), rice with chicken-lemon sauce and a grilled bun with pumpkin hummus.

Eggs and grilled bacon.

Okonomiyaki flavoured puffs. They were yummy.

Soft ice cream.

Rhubarb-peppermint kombucha and a creampuff with rhubarb jam. I later had another cream puff, because it was super delicious.

Nizza salad and rye bread with beef paté.

 Fried up some leftover porridge from the day before with an egg. Also had some coffee.

 Beetroot soup with feta cheese and parsley.

 Potatoes with champignons in feta-blue cheese sauce and some salad.

 Shared these with hubby: Sakura Rusk toast and sakura chocolate crepe. The toasted cookie was tasty, but the rolled wafer crepe was kind of meh.

Exploding Kittens… 21. April 2018

 Fried eggs and broccolini.

 Coffee and a grilled sandwich with ham, cheese and tomato.

Kadi and Kerttu were over and we had some fun by assembling Japanese DIY candy kits. I’m glad I was feeling healthy again, because it would have been such a bummer to cancel the event. After the candy we played Exploding Kittens, a card game, for a while and it was very fun 😀

 This one was a cute one 😀 We pushed some soft candy into molds and made some adorable candy veggies. They tasted good too.

 Foam candies with nonpareils and chocolate sauce. The green one was melon flavoured and the pink one was cherry. These flavours were one of the best ones out of different ones I’ve tried so far with this type of kit.

 Foamy ice cream in a cone. This one was very bad, it tasted like baking soda and cardboard.

 Dinner was mixed rice with enoki mushroom and broccolini miso soup.

 Forest berry juice and a lemon-white chocolate cookie and a pecan cookie that Kerttu provided for dessert.
