Therapy… 12. March 2018

Coffee and a bunch of corn puffs in milk chocolate.

Seafood ramen at Tokumaru. It was okay, but after having had ramen at Washoku Story the one at Tokumaru just doesn’t cut it.

 Baked veggies with minced meat.

I have tried to be open minded and patient, but the truth is that I am not satisfied with my current therapist. I think I need to go see someone else, because after meeting with her for almost 6 months now, she can’t even explain to me how the thing we are doing is any different from just seeing a psychologist… and the psychologists I have seen in the past have been more engaged in the discussions than she has ever been… mostly it has been me talking at her every time whilst she is staring at the clock in front of her. She hardly ever asks me any questions, because apparently “she doesn’t want to be invasive,” but then puts the blame on me for only telling her about work and not much else. I mean… I get that therapy is a long process and the first few months are just getting to know your patient, but at half a year there should be something else already, right?

Vegan experiments at work… 7. March 2018

Vegan cheese roll. It tasted like bread with mayo, so not so sure about this.

 Chicken katsudon from Washoku Story.

 Some kiwifruit.

 Pelmeni with sour cream.

Coffee and kit-kats I shared with my boyfriend. One of the matcha ones was super potent and bitter. It was cool in it’s own way, but I am not completely sure I liked it xD I enjoyed the mild matcha one better. Starwberry and sweet potato ones were kind of meh to me… The black tea one was okay and the tiny berry and almond one was the best one of the bunch.

Squid… 2. March 2018

 Peach skyr.

 Pelmeni with sour cream.

A carrot cutlet with a baked egg, some tomato and cheese; brown rice, sour cream and a slice of kefir bread with sunflower seed hummus.

 Coffee and a rum cake.

Had two bottles of beer and two packs of this dried squid snack.

Forgetful sometimes… 26. February 2018

Same pic as yesterday, because I had the same thing – instant noodles with wieners and an egg – for breakfast and forgot to take a new photo. Oops.

Miso soup with wakame and rice, warm sandwiches made with rye bread, ham, tomato and cheese.

Roasted seaweed. This particular brand was a bit sweet tasting, so not one of my favorites.
