18. March

Coffee, oatmeal porridge with chia seeds, rye bread with salted salmon.

Cauliflower and broccoli stuffed meatloaf with cream sauce and some salad.

An apple and some sunflower seeds.

Cauliflower and broccoli stuffed meatloaf with cream sauce and rye bread with beef liver paté.

19. March

A salad with cottage cheese and tuna.

Borscht with sour cream and rye bread with beef liver paté.

A couple of chocolates from my co-worker.

Grapefruit and sunflower seeds.

Baked salmon and some salad.

A cinnamon roll, because I am weak.

20. March

Some pear with chia seeds.

I had lunch with Maarja J. at Gotsu. Started with a matcha latte.

Shared some kimchi mandu.

Pork kimchi stew and some rice.

Baked some wholegrain banana muffins with walnuts and ate one too.

Baked salmon and some rye bread.

21. March

Coffee and a wholegrain banana-walnut muffin.

Rye bread with salted salmon and a boiled egg.

Some potato balls @ Kompressor I shared with Kadi.

A pancake with minced meat and cheese. I couldn’t finish it all.

Nashi pear and nuts in dark chocolate.

Nashi pear and some peanut butter.

Coffee, rye bread with avocado and salted salmon.

Some walnuts and a smoothie with spirulina and basil seeds.

Konnyaku noodles with vegetables.

23. March

Instant curry udon noodles.

Konnyaku noodles with vegetables.

An apple and some walnuts.

Fried beef liver and some salad.

24. March

Fried beef liver, a couple of boiled eggs, some rye bread and a cup of coffee.

Some kiwi fruit and walnuts.

Fried halloumi with rhubarb chutney my mom made, some steamed green beans, tomatoes and cucumber.

18. February

Coffee, strawberry quark.

Some nettle-kale-lime granola. Tasted too sweet.

Vegetable stuffed meatloaf with mushroom sauce and some salad.

Smoothie with chia seeds and a bit of tuna sandwich.

Rice with salted egg and some salad with a soft-boiled egg.

19. February – Battle Angel Alita

Coffee, soy yoghurt with blueberries.

Some almonds and pistachios.

Rassolnik soup.

Matcha latte, pork-kimchi stew, some rice and a couple of kimchi mandus @ Gotsu.

We went to see “Alita: Battle Angel” (2019) with hubby, because he is a fan of the original manga/anime. I loved the film! It was fun and interesting and so well made. Some people bitch about the huge android eyes, but I loved them a lot and I think they suited the character. Totally recommend the experience.

20. February

Toasted hazelnut rye bread and salmon + coffee. Look how magical my coffee looks!

Buckwheat with beef stroganoff and beetroot salad.

Some apple and orange.

A bacon and egg sandwich.

21. February

Some apple and peanut butter.

A milk and chocolate snack and some tuna.

Coffee and some sunflower seeds.

Creamy brown champignon, bean and potato miso soup with nori shreds. The original recipe called for shiitake, but I didn’t find any 😦 The soup was still very delicious!.

22. February

Creamy brown champignon, bean and potato miso soup with nori shreds.

Some peanut butter, apple and a dried fig.

Dinner at Frank with Josie: I had a buddha bowl with salmon and a very thick avocado smoothie.

23. February

Instant grits with bacon and some pickled cucumber.

Some carrots.

A tuna onigiri from Yui.

Bacon, pickled cucumber and a slice of toasted hazelnut bread.

Smoothie: banana, apple, almond milk and linseed.

24. February

Coffee, two soft-boiled eggs and some salted salmon.

Some cauliflower.

More coffee, soba noodles with wakame.

A taco with baked chicken, avocado and champignons.

28. January

Oatmeal porridge with puffed millet and chia seeds.

Minced meat soup. I forgot to take a photo of my portion, so this is what the soup looked like in the pot xD

Plain yoghurt with frozen black currants.

Turkey meatballs and garlic roasted broccoli.

29. January

Nettle rye bread with salted salmon and cold meds… oh so many cold meds this week…

An apple and some peanut butter.

Miso soup with mung bean sprouts and wakame.

More miso soup, some turkey meatballs and cucumber.

30. January

Nettle rye bread with salted salmon.

An apple and some peanut butter.

Sour cream and onion pringles flavoured instant noodles xD These were funny tasting. Not bad, but not good enough to buy again.

31. January

Creamy lemon quark and nettle rye bread with salted salmon.

Chickpea curry with quinoa and some coffee.

Coffee and some blueberries

Matcha latte @ Gotsu

Kimchi stew with pork and a bit of rice. Best cure for illness ever.

Shared these kimchi mandu with hubby. They were delicious!

Some chickpea curry and nettle rye bread. I didn’t finish all of the curry.

2. February

An apple some and peanut butter.

Pocari Sweat and a couple of boiled eggs.

Hubby brought some chicken spring rolls and spicy shrimp soup for dinner.

3. February

Bitter caramel Pukupuku Tai monaka. So good!
