Caramelised bananas… 1. March 2018

 Porridge with caramelised bananas, a cheese roll and some coffee.

 Calbee pea crisps. These were super yummy.

 A carrot cutlet, brown rice and some salad.

 Hot and sour quinoa and mushroom soup and a cheese pastry.

 Some overly sweet caramel ice cream.

I had breakfast with my co-workers in the morning. That was really nice 😀
In the evening I was so tired though that I missed my tram stop and had to walk home quite a long way xD

 Five grain porridge with lingonberry-apple jam, some chia seeds and butter.

 Moomin shaped marshmallow candies! These were so cute, look at the little Snufkin shaped green candy! Sadly their cute shape was the only good part about these, several of the flavours tasted kind of soapy. Meh.

 Sauerkraut soup with barley and pork. I also added some sour cream to this later. So delicious! I don’t know why I don’t make this soup more often.

 A couple of banana muffins.

It kind of bothers me that I almost always eat behind my computer. We do have a dining table, but it’s usually piled full of crap that honestly should not be there and is in general quite hard to access. For instance right now, I would have to climb over a small fold-table and a giant bag full of motorcycle gear to even get to it…

Rough times… 31. January 2018

 Oatmeal porridge with apple-lingonberry jam and a cup of coffee.

 Olive oil chocolates. These were nice with black coffee. Shared them with the boyfriend.

 Tomato and red rice soup with sour cream, rye bread with ham.

 Onigiri senbei. These were super delicious, I wish the bag was bigger. Shared with boyfriend.

The night was rough. I didn’t sleep very well as on top of my cold symptoms I got a terrible stomach ache and had to run to the toilet quite often. I guess it must have been something that we ate the previous day as my boyfriend suffered the same. Perhaps the curry we had for dinner had gone off :/ Thankfully we recovered from the extra torture during the day.
