Plum flavoured strong zero chuuhai. It tasted like soap water, but I was just so excited to find chuuhai in Estonia xD

Instant noodles with breaded chicken and mayonnaise.

Cadbury Dairy Milk Winter Edition. Was not a fan of this one, so gave most of it to hubby.

9. December

Coffee, omelette with ham, bread and mayo.

Matcha Meltykiss. So tasty!

Strawberry-rhubarb vitamin water and a couple of chocolate pastries.

Dinner @ Diner with hubby. We had naked burgers and fries and coffee. Still my fave burger place, best burgers in Tallinn.

Chocolate minimelts ice cream. I have been wanting to try these ice cream pearls for a while now. It’s a funny gimmick for sure xD They were however so cold that they tended to stick to my mouth uncomfortably. The taste was fine though.

Barley-potato porridge with cottage cheese sauce.

Husbands’ work Yule dinner @ OKO. The buffet was extraordinary and oh so delicious!

Herbed toast, epic delicious mozzarella, deconstructed chirashizushi, bulgur salad, duck salad.

Fries, baked mashed potatoes with cranberry sauce, backed chicken, kale chips.

Ribs and shrimp.

Coffee and cake.

It was such a pretty evening.

Veggie soup with sour cream.

Coffee, grilled sandwich with sausage and cheese.

Toast, poached egg and salad with tuna.

Shared snacks with hubby: Hokkaido cheese mochi (from Niigata prefecture), matcha dorayaki (from Tokyo), Gogo no Koucha milk tea cake (from Tokyo) and Matcha chocolate coated pecans (from Tokyo). The mochi puffs were yummy, and so were the dorayaki and the milk tea cake. The pecans were not my thing.

27. November

Porridge with chia seeds, raspberry bits and some tangerine.

Spicy instant noodles with sour cream. Not as spicy as I expected and kind of sweet tasting which I didn’t like.

Fried potato salad with pea crisps and fancy dried sausage.

Apple pie with ice cream.

Vegetable lasagna scraps with some salad.

Salad with tuna and avocado.

Coffee and rice crackers inspired by the fall of leaves (from Saitama prefecture). Pretty and yummy.

Coffee, Lips gummies with collagen. These were gross tasting and coated my teeth in a paraffin-y feel.

Party foods- sandwich cake, salad, snacks.

Cake and alcohol.

Jalapeno beer that I didn’t like and some biscuit cake.

Coffee, Greek yoghurt with persimmon, dried blueberries and raspberries, and caramelised sunflower seeds. Also had two tasty cookies.

Tea, vegan chocolate cake that Maarja brought 🙂

8. October

A delicious cup of coffee before work @ The Living Room café. I had the Guatemala one. It was divine.

A slice of mushroom-bacon pizza and some chickpea-veggie soup with sour cream.

Almond-cardamom pastry.

Japanese style pork curry with rice and some pickles.

Some delicious candies.

9. October

I had a crappy morning, thus coffee and candy in a dreary bust stop on my way to work.

Chili sin carne with brown rice.

Coffee and a banana-chocolate muffin.

10. October – Concert in Helsinki

Yummy blueberry-raspberry yoghurt and a crappy salmon-shrimp salad on our way to Helsinki.

Chicken tofu bowl for lunch. Hubby had beef.

Dinner @ Zetor. I had sautéed reindeer with mashed potatoes, lingonberries and pickles. It was absolutely delicious. The meat was super soft and the flavour lush.

A peanut butter-chocolate chip filled taiyaki. So good!

11. October – Back to Tallinn

Epic buffet on the boat: croissants, mini doughnuts, coffee, beer, bulgur-edamame salad, ham, cold smoked salmon, some tomato and cucumber, pickles, meatballs, beetroot-oatmeal balls, scrambled eggs, pancakes, bacon, baked salmon. Everything was super good, except the bulgur-edamame salad which was flavourless and the meatballs that were a bit dry.

More coffee, chocolate mousse, vanilla ice cream and chocolate ice cream. I added some strawberry jam which was yummy and bean “crisps” that were not so very good xD

A yuzu mocktail and a crappy-ish coffee at the same place.

Quinoa-tuna salad. I tried the cappuccino drink, but didn’t like it, so hubby drank it.

Tiny Kit Kat bites. The hazelnut and salted caramel ones were the best. The double cocoa one was a bit too intense.

A not so very tasty soup and a disappointingly tiny portion of fried chicken and chips from Loca. Seriously my box had only three tiny pieces of chicken even though I paid extra for a big size 😦

Spaghetti with meatballs in tomato sauce. Also had some beer. We watched “What We Do in the Shadows” with hubby and Kadi. The paskeeti was a themed food to go with the movie :p

I baked cumin cookies.

A grilled cheese sandwich with tuna. Also had some coffee.

Cookies and mini tosca cakes. We watched “Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle” which was super fun and funny 😀

3. September

Porridge with strawberry jam.

Handmade chocolates that I got from the Uue Maailma street festival. One was apple-cinnamon and the other coconut. I didn’t fancy the apple-cinnamon very much. The coconut one was good, albeit a bit dry.

Smoked chicken-konnyaku noodle wok with veggies.

4. September

Vegetable soup and rye bread with butter.

Rice with smoked chicken, vegetables and sour cream. Also had some pickles.

A slice of almond flour banana-chocolate cake.

5. September

A marzipan roll and coffee.

Salmon pasta.

Rye bread with butter and salmon pasta mixed with leftover rice from last night.

Ruby cocoa Kit Kat I shared with husband.

6. September

Different roasted beans. A nice snack.

Pumpkin soup with sour cream and pumpkin seeds.

A cheese roll.

White tea with raspberry, apple and lemon.

Spicy and sour soup with quinoa, mushrooms and sour cream. Also had two more cheese rolls.

Coffee, kabosu shortbread cookie and white chocolate-puffed rice-grape snack I shared with hubby. The kabosu, which is a type of citrus fruit, cookie was yummy, but the grape snack tasted horrible to me, so hubby ate it all. I really do not enjoy the red grape flavour in snacks.

7. September

Green pea-cauliflower soup with seeds.

A smoothie bowl made from a banana, kiwi fruit, spinach and coconut milk. Topped with more banana, some pomegranate seeds, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds.


Sour and spicy soup with quinoa, mushrooms and sour cream. Also had a cheese pastry and some onion-turmeric bread.

8. September – a literature street festival

Coffee and a coconut-banana pastry.

Goat milk chocolate ice cream.

Fish and chips.

Flatbread with edamame hummus and wasabi sprouts; couscous salad.

Plum gummies.

I spent most of the day with Kadi at a literature festival in Kadriorg. It was a super good time and I got some nice books. We also went to a gourmet market at a nearby grocery store where I got the sprouts and edamame hummus. A day well spent.

In the morning I went to the Uue-Maailma street festival with Kerttu and Kadi. It was super fun and I spent so much money on food and awesome goodies 😀

Vegan doughnuts with chocolate-caramel sauce and cookie bits. The doughnuts were tiny and crunchy. Not bad at all, but I have had better.

Churros!

Finger food at Josie’s birthday party. To be fair, I have no idea what most of this was 😀 Um, a chocolate cookie, potato chips, salad on a lettuce, erm cheese? rye bread with hummus, something with shrimp. I give up xD It was all delicious though. And no, the blue dude was not edible.
