Oatmeal porridge with seeds and strawberries.

Coffee and beef jerky.

Ice cream.

Pasta with mushrooms and spinach.

Milk, strawberry jam with white bread.

3. July

Pasta with mushrooms and spinach.

Brown rice with eggplant-tomato sauce and some tomatoes.

Quinoa with smoked chicken and veggies.

4. July

Tuna salad.

Couscous, carrot cutlets with some carrots and tomatoes.

Coffee and a couple of black currant-chocolate pastries.

Fish pastry.

Sour and spicy quinoa-mushroom soup.

Beer and crispy pork rinds.

Potato chips.

5. July

Sour and spicy quinoa-mushroom soup.

Carrot-orange juice and black currant-chocolate pastries.

Avocado salad with a poached egg.

Dark cherry ice cream.

Hubby made dinner: fried rice with beef and green peas.

Cheese-wasabi cookies.

Shared some snacks with hubby: dark chocolate cookie (this was yummy), Matcha cream cookie (this was okay), red bean paste cookie (this was good too), cream cheese and chocolate cookie (which was delicious too).

6. July

Coffee and a cinnamon bun.

Tuna pie and some salad.

Coffee and peach-quark cake.

Iced mocha.

Cheese roll.

Fried rice with beef and green peas.

7. July

Coffee, wrap with ham, bacon and potatoes.

Raspberry-beetroot-black currant smoothie.

Patsa Bolognese.

Vegan chocolate cake that was dry and not very good.

Some strawberries.

Mini Tosca cakes.

Grilled meat, boiled potatoes, some salad and bread.

A bit of grilled corn. Didn’t eat much, because it was dry and not very good.

8. July

Porridge and coffee.

Coffee, some chocolates and sticky citrus candy.

Alcohol free beer, grilled salmon with fries and salad.

More fries with ketchup.

Gummy-bears and coffee.

Busy day… 16. April 2018

 Cereal with milk. The rings were multigrain, the small puffs were quinoa.

 Miso soup with shrimp and mushrooms.

 Some sushi. It was okay I guess.

 Coffee, tea, grilled chicken and baked potatoes at Ebe’s place.

 Grapes and cake.

I ran a bunch of errands that day: went and bought new glasses, got my new documents, bought a new mobile ID etc. In the evening we visited Ebe for a few hours.

A family lunch… 31. March 2018

 Coffee and some apple.

We had lunch with my closest relatives, because they wanted to congratulate us on our marriage. Since I didn’t feel like cooking, I ordered a buffet from Tervise Catering and it was lovely:

 Potato gratin, vegetable wok, slow cooked beef in red wine sauce, salmon in creamy lime sauce. The beef was super tender and delicious and I was really fond of the gratin too.

 Duck sandwich bites, potato salad, fresh salad with strawberries and seeds, chocolate mousse with berries. Everything was so good!

It was the first time I used a catering service myself and I must admit it is very convenient. I didn’t have to worry about anything else other than settling the menu. A very lovely young man delivered the food, set it up and after we were done, he returned to clean it all up. No stressing in the kitchen, no washing up! I’m a fan.

 Hot and sour soup with Chinese cabbage, minced meat, quinoa and sour cream. Also had some meat pastries my grandmother brought us.

I sleep a lot… 4. March 2018

 Rye-honey cereal with milk and a cup of coffee.

 Some Tõmmu candy.

 More coffee and some cookies.

 Breaded baked salmon, some salad and quinoa with mushrooms.

Sometimes I wonder if I sleep too much. I tend to sleep 7-8 hours regularly on work nights and around 8-10 hours when I have the next day off. On my days off from work I also usually take a 2-3-hour nap during the day when I can. On work days I do get sleepy during the day, but since I have stuff to do, it usually passes at some point. I am just wondering if this is normal or not.

A birthday party… 3. March 2018

 4-grain porridge with caramelised banana and chia seeds.

 Some sushi I shared with my boyfriend.

 Potato chips with dip and apple-raspberry juice.

 Lots of noms at a birthday party: cheese, rice salad, devilled eggs, ham rolls, veggies with dip.

I went to Roju’s birthday party which was a pretty cool change of atmosphere and fun. I overate though, so I had trouble sleeping at night xD

Last day… 16. February 2018

 A beef empanada, cocoa pudding and a chocolate kohuke for breakfast.

 A tangerine.

 Strawberry-apple cider and two lamb chebureks with sour cream.

 Fried shrimp with toast and salad at Telliskivi 15.

 My intense looking dinner date ♥ He ate a salmon steak and I had boletus risotto.

It was my last work day at Koloniaal. It wasn’t particularly different from any other work day, just in the evening I handed in my keys and packed my stuff to take home. I was somewhat tired and confused tho, so we went and had dinner before heading home. I don’t think I would have been able to cook that evening xD

Washoku Story… 26. December 2017

 Coffee, cocoa cereal with milk.

 Salmon wrap. It was mostly salmon and sauce, so it was pretty crap tbh.

 We had dinner with my boyfriend at Washoku Story. I had a Coedo Beniaka sweet potato beer. It was okay. Boyfriend drank some melon soda.

 We started up with some delicious karaage.

 I had a tonkotosu miso ramen. It was divine!
