A green smoothie with chlorella, matcha and spinach.

Cheesecake flavoured kohuke. I bought it because the packaging was cute.

11. April

Greek yoghurt with passion fruit and seeds + coffee.

A pear and some peanut butter.

Pesto chicken and quinoa.

A smoothie. Heck if I remember what was in it xD

Pesto chicken and quinoa with some tomatoes; rye bread with salted salmon and then a cup of coffee.

Some tasty cookies and a few bites of these horrible horrible tasting doughnuts. Nobody could stomach the doughnuts, so we threw them away xD

2. April – Flying to Catalonia

Coffee and a banana.

Instant noodles.

Strawberry smoothie.

Chicken pasta.

Hot cocoa on the plane.

Ice cream, water and potato chips.

3. April

Coffee, pa amb tomata (toast with tomato and garlic), omelette, some ham and a fig yoghurt.

Coffee and some pastry.

Plain yoghurt and some apple.

Nuts in dark chocolate as a mid-hike snack.

Couscous with meatballs in tomato sauce + some salad and bread.

Coffee, yoghurt with honey, grains and nuts; pa amb tomata (toast with tomato and garlic), fried eggs and bacon.

5. April

Coffee, yoghurt with honey, grains and nuts; omelette and toast with chocolate spread.

A sports drink, a banana and some yōkan.

Paella with rabbit, pork and sausages.

6. April – flying back home

Coffee, orange juice, yoghurt with honey, grains and seeds; fried egg, some sausage and toast with chocolate spread.

Crappy airport food: a shitty tuna sandwich and even shittier pasta. Fucking expensive too.

Coffee, gummy bears, chicken nuggets and fries.

Gross. But I was in a bad mood.

Coffee and mantecado with sesame seeds. This mantecado was super delicious!

9. November

My co-worker made me some hot lemon-ginger tea for my sore throat.

Baked potatoes and a bit of salmon-rye bread soup. I didn’t finish the soup, because I didn’t enjoy the flavour much.

A couple of sweet pastries we sampled with co-workers.

10. November

A spicy wrap with chicken nuggets.

Doughnuts.

A poppyseed pastry.

Snacks: ham, chorizo, cheese, crackers, pickles.

Boiled potatoes with stewed chicken and some marinated cucumber.

Tea and Ginger Cookie Twix. The Twix was okay, but I prefer the regular one.

11. November

Grilled cheese and sausage sandwich.

Mashed potatoes and grilled pork. Only ate one piece of pork.

Nashi pear, persimmon, dried raspberries and blueberries and caramelized sunflower seeds with quark.

French fries and berry pastry from McDonalds.

Fried potatoes, boiled wieners and some salad.

Ice cream.

7. October

Coffee, fried eggs with potatoes and salad.

Coffee and banana bread.

Movie night, watched “Thor” (2011). We had cookies, coffee, mini doughnuts, gummy candy and plums.

Before the movie we assembled some mini building block figures: Thor, Batman and Loki 😀

13. August – meeting up with Anna

Two ham sandwiches.

Cocktails and beer @ NOK NOK with Anna. My cocktail was called Foxtail and it consisted of whisky, pumpkin, carrot, pineapple and ginger. It was delicious.

Laab Gai (spicy chicken salad with mint, roasted rice powder and red onion) and I had a few bites of Anna’s Som Tom Thai (raw papaia salad with shrimp, peanuts and tamarind sauce).

Soymilk pudding with fruit salad. The food was simply delicious and the service exemplary 😀

Oven omelette with mushrooms, tomato and eggplant + some cucumber salad.

14. August – playing with glass

Leftover oven omelette with mushrooms, tomato and eggplant.

Some candy. I went to a glass workshop with Kadi which was super fun. It was cool to learn how to cut glass etc.

Hazelnut ice cream. Kadi had a cherry popsicle.

Seafood risotto and some salad.

15. August

Beetroot soup with sunflower seeds and a cheese pastry.

Rye bread with garlic butter.

Oven omelette, rye bread with butter and some salad.

Shared with hubby: orange cake (that was yummy) and a lemon flavoured twice-baked slice of baguette (which was also tasty).

More shared goodies: a delicious crunchy senbei and some rich orange biscuits that tasted okay.

16. August

A cheese pastry.

Some delicious rye bread.

A pastry with red currant jam.

Magnum double peanut butter chocolate.

Baked potatoes and chicken with some cucumber.

Shared snacks with hubby: Strawberry Pukupukutai (cute and yummy!), soybean rice crackers (I loved the crackers, wasn’t a fan of the included peanuts), honey castella cake (this was weird and moist, but tasty I guess), chocolate-banana cookie (that was okay).

17. August – meeting up with Eva

Tuna-cottage cheese pie and some salad.

Hazelnut pastry, cheese roll and some coffee.

Dinner with Eva @ NOK NOK. Started with some cocktails. Mine was called Golden Emerald and it consisted of rum, lime, green apple, cucumber and matcha. It was super tasty and refreshing.

We shared a Som Tom Thai (raw papaia salad with shrimp, peanuts and tamarind sauce) and Gae Tod Prik Thai Dum (crispy fried lamb with black pepper sauce). The rice was complimentary with the dishes.

Then I had Tom Yum Goong (spicy prawn and mushroom soup) that was super spicy and great.

18. August

Tuna sandwich.

Coffee and fig in chocolate.

Instant noodles with sour cream.

Sour and spicy soup with quinoa and mushrooms.

Some grapes.

19. August

Porridge with strawberry jam.

An orange lollypop.

A beef burger. The burger itself was good but was ruined by the bbq sauce they added as it overwhelmed all tastes.

Nuts and seeds in dark chocolate.

Coffee, figs in chocolate.
