Stavanger noms day 2… 30. November 2017

 Porridge with nuts and seeds in dark chocolate. Also had some coffee.

 A cardamom doughnut

 Happy Hippo cookie 😀 and coffee. I have been wanting to try these Happy Hippo treats ever since I saw the commercials for them on German TV when I was in small. It was yummy 😀

 Hot chocolate

 A bánh mì with kimchi and avocado, fries with dip and Cloudwater Brew Co. Amber Enigma beer. Didn’t like the beer much, but it was drinkable I guess.

 Burrito at midnight

Rough day… 13. November 2017

I was beyond tired and upset in the morning after my therapy session, so I went to Tokumaru for breakfast to cheer myself up:

 Bao (Steamed bun with chashu pork, Japanese mayonnaise, teriyaki-garlic sauce and green salad)

 Coconut milk and vegetable broth-based ramen with shiitake and shimeji mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, sweetcorn and bamboo shoots.

I felt a lot better after I had taken a nap at home and then this:

 Coffee and hazelnut nougat and marzipan chocolate log

 Blood sausages with some salad and sour cream

 Coffee and puffed rice in chocolate that I shared with my boyfriend

Flatbread… 27. October 2017

 Coffee and brownie quark.

 Glass noodles with sour cream and soy sauce.

 Pokémon wafer.

 Potato and black rice curry with sour cream. I wanted to bake beetroot bread, but my dough didn’t rise so I made beetroot flatbread instead to go with the curry.
