A banana with sunflower- and pumpkin seeds.

Coffee, hazelnuts.

Doughnuts, veggies with dip.

Strawberries and coffee.

9. April – Level up!

Rye bread with beef ham and a cup of coffee.

Sister brought me a slice of lemon cake and an éclair.

Coffee and a slice of raspberry-quark cake.

Roasted and salted corn.

Birthday dinner with hubby in Washoku Story. Started with some matcha latte.

Tuna tataki.

Chicken karaage.

Chicken soy ramen.

10. April

Coffee and raspberry-quark cake.

A green smoothie with chlorella, matcha and spinach.

Cheesecake flavoured kohuke. I bought it because the packaging was cute.

Beetroot soup with sesame seeds and rye bread with salted salmon.

Potato chips.

11. April

Greek yoghurt with passion fruit and seeds + coffee.

A pear and some peanut butter.

Pesto chicken and quinoa.

A smoothie. Heck if I remember what was in it xD

Pesto chicken and quinoa with some tomatoes; rye bread with salted salmon and then a cup of coffee.

Some tasty cookies and a few bites of these horrible horrible tasting doughnuts. Nobody could stomach the doughnuts, so we threw them away xD

I had a pork cutlet with salad. Hubby ate beef.

Coffee, strawberry quark.

Some nettle-kale-lime granola. Tasted too sweet.

Vegetable stuffed meatloaf with mushroom sauce and some salad.

Smoothie with chia seeds and a bit of tuna sandwich.

Rice with salted egg and some salad with a soft-boiled egg.

19. February – Battle Angel Alita

Coffee, soy yoghurt with blueberries.

Some almonds and pistachios.

Rassolnik soup.

Matcha latte, pork-kimchi stew, some rice and a couple of kimchi mandus @ Gotsu.

We went to see “Alita: Battle Angel” (2019) with hubby, because he is a fan of the original manga/anime. I loved the film! It was fun and interesting and so well made. Some people bitch about the huge android eyes, but I loved them a lot and I think they suited the character. Totally recommend the experience.

Creamy brown champignon, bean and potato miso soup with nori shreds. The original recipe called for shiitake, but I didn’t find any 😦 The soup was still very delicious!.

Smoothie: banana, apple, almond milk and linseed.

Coffee, two soft-boiled eggs and some salted salmon.

Some cauliflower.

More coffee, soba noodles with wakame.

A taco with baked chicken, avocado and champignons.

A banana.

Coffee, a couple of rye bread-chocolate truffles.

Minced meat soup with sour cream. Turmeric-onion bread with avocado and tomato.

Japanese style tofu curry with rice.

Arepas! I ordered 3 different ones to share with hubby. This one was with pulled beef.

With refried beans.

With chicken and avocado. So delicious!

8. January

Honey-ginger tea, an apple.

Boiled pelmeni with mushroom sauce and some arugula.

Beef pilaf.

Soba noodles with some tomato and wakame miso soup.

Some lychees. It was my first time trying them and I loved their mild flavour.

9. January

Some hazelnut-cranberry pastry with chocolate.

An orange.

Chili con carne with spaghetti.

Sourdough bread with butter.

And some with honey.

Pelmeni with sour cream.

10. January

Brownie quark.

Coffee, Karl Fazer Dumle milkchocolate. So good!

Coffee, corn bread, minced meat soup.

11. January

Mashed potatoes with beef sauce and some baked veggies.

A couple of bites of this delicious caramel pastry.

12. January

Pear yoghurt, coffee.

Toast with vegetable paté.

Coffee, a smoked white fish-rice pastry.

 Coffee, grilled ham and cheese sandwich.

 Salad 1. It had falafel in it somewhere.

 Salad 2. I shared the salads with my hubby.

 Soba noodle soup.

As the caption on the ice cream photo, I think I hurt myself with work at the food fair. My shoulder started hurting again 😦 I spent most of the day lounging on the couch and napping. I still felt too bad to cook in the evening, so we ordered in some salad and soup.
