Noms in Stavanger day 3… 1. December 2017

 Some traditional Norwegian treat- lefse flatbread with butter and cinnamon. It was really nice. Also, had some porridge with nuts and berries in dark chocolate.

 A green smoothie and a ham sandwich

 Wanted by Diplom-Is Billybob “Butternutter” Pecan- cream ice cream with caramel sauce and caramelized pecans. It was yummy.

 We made Japanese style curry with fried sausage xD Like all Estonians, the curry was served with some sour cream :p We also drank some Kriek de Ranke.

Packing… 28. November 2017

 Goop. Literally. I just fried up a bunch of leftovers, I think these included egg curry and white bread among other stuff. Also had a sandwich with ham and avocado.

 Revive Vit-Hit, tea drink. It was okay.

 Coffee and a quark puff

 Had lunch with Miss K @ Restoran Yui: started with some nice tofu-wakame miso soup

 Takoyaki! Omg! First time having this in Estonia 😀 It was good, just lacked some mayo and katsuobushi xD

 Karaage obentou: karaage, sushi rolls, rice and veggie tempura, some wakame salad.

Rough day… 13. November 2017

I was beyond tired and upset in the morning after my therapy session, so I went to Tokumaru for breakfast to cheer myself up:

 Bao (Steamed bun with chashu pork, Japanese mayonnaise, teriyaki-garlic sauce and green salad)

 Coconut milk and vegetable broth-based ramen with shiitake and shimeji mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, sweetcorn and bamboo shoots.

I felt a lot better after I had taken a nap at home and then this:

 Coffee and hazelnut nougat and marzipan chocolate log

 Blood sausages with some salad and sour cream

 Coffee and puffed rice in chocolate that I shared with my boyfriend

Tired and making mistakes… 12. November 2017

 A cheese pastry. I had two of these.

 Mashed potatoes with some boiled wieners and salad.

 A pancake with bacon, some sour cream and salad.

I’ve been really tired lately and it has slowly come to the point where I started making mistakes. I messed up with the card payments, so a customer paid around 80 euros instead of 8… and I forgot to finish the register shift in the evening. My first big mistakes since I started working there 😦 Fortunately no one was very angry with me, hopefully we can settle it with the customer, whom I overcharged, and I hope I will manage better in the future and not make any more mistakes like that.
