Oatmeal porridge with seeds and strawberries.

Coffee and beef jerky.

Ice cream.

Pasta with mushrooms and spinach.

Milk, strawberry jam with white bread.

3. July

Pasta with mushrooms and spinach.

Brown rice with eggplant-tomato sauce and some tomatoes.

Quinoa with smoked chicken and veggies.

4. July

Tuna salad.

Couscous, carrot cutlets with some carrots and tomatoes.

Coffee and a couple of black currant-chocolate pastries.

Fish pastry.

Sour and spicy quinoa-mushroom soup.

Beer and crispy pork rinds.

Potato chips.

5. July

Sour and spicy quinoa-mushroom soup.

Carrot-orange juice and black currant-chocolate pastries.

Avocado salad with a poached egg.

Dark cherry ice cream.

Hubby made dinner: fried rice with beef and green peas.

Cheese-wasabi cookies.

Shared some snacks with hubby: dark chocolate cookie (this was yummy), Matcha cream cookie (this was okay), red bean paste cookie (this was good too), cream cheese and chocolate cookie (which was delicious too).

6. July

Coffee and a cinnamon bun.

Tuna pie and some salad.

Coffee and peach-quark cake.

Iced mocha.

Cheese roll.

Fried rice with beef and green peas.

7. July

Coffee, wrap with ham, bacon and potatoes.

Raspberry-beetroot-black currant smoothie.

Patsa Bolognese.

Vegan chocolate cake that was dry and not very good.

Some strawberries.

Mini Tosca cakes.

Grilled meat, boiled potatoes, some salad and bread.

A bit of grilled corn. Didn’t eat much, because it was dry and not very good.

8. July

Porridge and coffee.

Coffee, some chocolates and sticky citrus candy.

Alcohol free beer, grilled salmon with fries and salad.

More fries with ketchup.

Gummy-bears and coffee.

Sour quinoa soup with tomatoes and mushrooms.

Tea and mini Tosca cakes.

Chocolate cereal with milk.

Hematogen with linen seeds.

Green juice from Blender.

Had dinner with Marit @ Washoku Story 😀

Chicken karaage and udon noodles with nattou. It was my first ever time to try nattou and I thought it was alright. I think I would like it more with rice though rather than in a noodle soup. Honestly, I expected to hate it from all the stories I have heard of these fermented soy beans :p I didn’t mind the slimy texture at all and the taste was alright.

21. June

Coffee and an Umaibo. It’s a flavoured corn puff stick, tasted nice.

Sour quinoa soup with tomatoes and mushrooms with a slice of ham xD

Tuna-cottage cheese pie and some salad.

Spinach smoothie.

A coconut-banana pastry.

More tuna-cotytage cheese pastry and sour quinoa soup with tomatoes and mushrooms.

Lay’s mozzarella and pesto potato chips. These were yummy and they indeed had a cool taste effect xD That was so weird.

22. June

Cheese pastry.

Some fresh orange-carrot juice, more of the cheese pastry and “tom kha” soup 🙂 Technically this was a carrot-tomato soup with coconut milk, so calling it a Thai soup would be wrong, but eh xD

Banana-coconut pastry.

SLOP! Rice with veggies, tuna, soy sauce and sour cream.

Alcohol free beer and some strawberries.

23. June

Chocolate cake and a rum pastry with a cup of coffee.

Sweet cherries.

Baked potatoes, slow roast pork and some salad.

24. June

Coffee, baked potatoes and some salad.

Spaghetti with minced meat, a grilled sandwich with hazelnut rye bread, cheese and ham.

Estonian Food Fair… 5. May 2018

 Grilled sandwiches with ham and cheese.

 A couple of these sausages.

 A sandwich with mozzarella and tomato.

 Grilled beef with radish salad. This was yummy.

 Coffee, chocolate kohuke and a hazelnut kohuke. I didn’t like the hazelnut one at all 😦 The chocolate one was delicious.

I was working at the Estonian Food Fair this Saturday, representing our bakery. It was a busy day and sadly I didn’t have any time to go walk around the fair. I was making signs for our booth, cutting numerous loaves of bread into pieces for people to taste, selling things of course and then I was also in charge of making burgers and sandwiches. I was so tired in the evening and my feet hurt quite a bit xD

Isle of Dogs… 22. April 2018

 Enoki mushroom-broccolini miso soup and a grilled sandwich with ham, cheese and tomato.

 Two Nutella sandwiches.

 Garlic tomato soup with quinoa and tortellini.

In the evening we went to see “Isle of Dogs” with hubby. WOW what a masterpiece of a movie! It was so beautiful, heart-warming and humorous. I enjoyed it immensely! And to think how much work went into this movie! My respect to all the artists who worked on this 🙂

Last day… 16. February 2018

 My intense looking dinner date ♥ He ate a salmon steak and I had boletus risotto.

It was my last work day at Koloniaal. It wasn’t particularly different from any other work day, just in the evening I handed in my keys and packed my stuff to take home. I was somewhat tired and confused tho, so we went and had dinner before heading home. I don’t think I would have been able to cook that evening xD

A new place… 6. February 2018

 A banana and a banana muffin.

 A black currant jam semla from Killuke Kooki. So supernova delicious!

 Blueberry cake also from Killuke Kooki. Was yummy as well.

I had my first day at my new job… uh, have I even mentioned that I am changing jobs? I don’t remember xD Anyway, I am between changing jobs right now. I was so nervous and stressed out, so I didn’t sleep well for the past few nights and had many horrible dreams (mostly how I messed up at the new place and they fired me on the spot). In my worried and tired state, I forgot my work clothes at home… neatly packed and ready to go by the door. How lame is that??? Thankfully boyfriend was sweet enough to bring them to me.

Anyway, my first day went well. The place wasn’t open to public yet, so I just helped with organising things and washing new equipment. Easy-peasy.
